Trying again in March after 2 miscarriages

I'm hoping to find some support and input, as my husband and I are struggling with deciding what to do next. I have a Factor V Defiency and strong family history, so was placed on Lovenox for both pregnancies. I lost them very early, first at 7wks and then 5wks. I have received very different suggestion ranging from not taking the Lovenox next time to doubling my dosage. BC they were lost so early, progesterone levels couldn't be monitored in the second and tissue couldn't be assessed. I've been told by my office that they won't look into the progesterone testing until I'm pregnant, but I've heard that some offices will put you on a supplement prior if you've had recurrent miscarriages. My husband is concerned that my body may not be responding well to the Lovenox and it may be a cause. Any suggestions?

Sorry to hear about your miscarriages. You need to get your Progesterone Level tested to see if it is at a normal range or not. Low progesterone will cause miscarriages. The progesterone level should be any where from 15-30 to have a normal level. Also have you ever had a Thyroid testing done? The 3T and 4T tested for Thyroid.I think your RE needs to give you more testing to find out why you are having these miscarriages. Also have you been tested for immune issues. Some thing is causing the miscarriages. I wish all the Best of Luck.
