Is there treatment for low sperm count??

I am a 29-year old man. My wife and I have been married for six years and have been trying to have children for 5 of those years. The doctors have told me that I have a low sperm count and that there is no treatment for me, the best thing is to take a pill called "Stamino Gro". I've been taking this pill for the last five years and it has not helped yet.
My wife has done all the necessary check ups and tests, she's passed with flying colours! That leaves me! The best option for us is the IVF, but it is so expensive and the fact that there's gaurantee of conception makes things so much harder for us! With bond and other living expenses, we just cannot save that kind of money on our own. We have and are considering borrowing the money, but we're so scared of getting into more debt....
She is so frustrated with the whole situation right now because all we ever wanted was to have children. All our friends and younger siblings are having children with no problems! Family and friends don't make things easier either, always asking the question I hate the most..."When are you going to start making babies!" As if we don't want to have children!
Is there no other treatment out there for a man who has a low sperm count? I am really worried about how this whole situation is affecting our marriage.
