So my husband and I met the most amazing Dr. at UCSF. (University of California San Francisco). He has a tecnique that he can pull sperm out of a male with a procedure called sperm mapping. With this his success rate is 90%! He has been successful with men that are totally infertile. He finds the sperm in areas of the testies that you could never think of!
