Taking pn vitamins, need more?

I have pre-natal vitamins that I have been taking, and since I have had 2 chemical pregnancy's I have started on asprin too, but is there something else I should be taking? There is no list of what exactly are in those pills, and I didn't know if maybe I should take an additional vitamin to get more b6 to help prevent future problems?

folic acid for sure,and try fertility diet-a lot of protein and forget about fat free milk products for this time
|
