Hi,
I just had a baby November 06 after 2 years of treatment for PCOS. It has been 7 months now and I was wondering when is it safe to start trying for another baby? Also is it normal not to have had a period since giving birth? and could this be due to the fact that I am still breastfeeding?

Since you have polycystic ovaries, your periods will be very unpredictable. It has been quite a while, though, and I think it deserves investigation. Further, if you are ready to try to conceive again, I see no reason not to try. I do recommend you see a Reproductive Endocrinologist for these issues. Let your OB take care of your pregnancy.
