I had some chromosomal losses (3)when trying naturally and on my first gonal-f/IUI cycle I got a healthy baby. Is this just coincidence? All tests on me and husband normal.

Only a third to, maybe half of the eggs a woman produces are capable of a successful pregnancy. Most of those are produced in younger years, as opposed to late thirties and early forties.
