What are good day 3 stim estradiol levels?

I did Luron for two weeks and just started my stims on Monday night. I had my estradiol level checked today and it was 150. Doc said it was ok but to lower my Gonal F to 225.....just wondering what the ideal numbers are. I have 13 follicles that showed up.

The answer to your question depends both on the protocol you are using and the estradiol level before you started stimulation. Since I do not know either, I cannot provide a meaningful answer.
