Uterine Lining Pattern

Dr - Are embryo's less likely to implant if your uterine lining is an IE pattern instead of an HH pattern? My lining thickness is ok at 10 mm, however, it is just not converting to HH. Also, other than increasing progesterone is there anything else that can be done in the cycle to change the pattern?

Thank you,

I am not familiar with the description of "HH" or "IE" regarding uterine lining. I use the terminology published by Casper and Gonin - A, B, and C patterns, defined by echogenicity of the endometrium. Their "c" pattern is usually associated with progesterone effect. The timing of progesterone effect relative to the age of your embryos is what matters. Without knowing the synchronization, I cannot answer your question.
Good luck.
