I need some help understanding levels. I am day 9 of a frozen embryo transfer.

Day - 4
E2 781
P4 50

Day 6
E2 - 461
P4 - 63

Day 8
E2 208
P4 75

My E2 is on a decline while my P4 is slightly increasing.

I do not measure estradiol levels after transfer. I do measure progesterone. As long as progesterone is at least 20 ng/ml, I am satisfied.

I understand any p4 over 20 is encouraging, however I am wondering what's the signaficance of the increase in levels. I did a at home pregnancy test today and it came back negative.

I know of no real signifcance of changes in the ranges you report.
