What should the HCG level be 14 days post ER for the likelihood of twins?
Also, my levels for estrogen and progesterone were very high 16 days post ER. Are there any dangers associated with the high levels?

There is a very broad range of normal for an early pregnancy. Yo cannot make a determination of singleton versus twin pregnancy on the basis of hormone levels.
