Transvaginal ultrasound

Dr Jacobs-

I had a transvaginal ultrasound earlier today (CD13) and it showed that I have 5 follicles ranging from 2cm-3cm. My uterine lining was only 2.0mm and I am only about 3 days away from when I normally ovulate. Are these good numbers? Is there anything you recommend that will help to thicken the uterine lining? Baby aspirin?

Thanks in advance.

Your endometrium needs to be greater than 7 mm thick to establish and carry a pregnancy. A pre-ovulatory follicle is about 17 mm in mean diameter, and ovulation for a successful pregnancy probably needs to take place before cycle day 16. You need, at a minimum, an ovulation indction protocol - NOT Clomid.
Good luck.
