I have heard this drug has had good results in stimulating ovulation in older women (over 35) I am worried about blood clots though. Is this drug considered as safe as say, Clomid or Femera?

Tamoxifen is very similar to Clomid, in that it is an antiestrogen. Compared to Femara or the FSH products, both are very poor drugs for ovulation induction.

Is this drug more likely to cause blood clots than Clomid or Femera? This is the only side effect I am worried about. Thank you.

I have no information about the risks of blood clots with tamoxifen.
