I just don't see how that is going to help us. We don't have the finicial means to fund both an legal appeal and ART treatments. We will be very fortunate to fund one cycle of IVF after all the wasted years with RE#1. |

I am sorry you have had so much difficulty. There should be no difficulty in obtainig your records. I do not know the law in your state, but in Texas, we are required to provide a single copy of a patient's medical records, upon written request. Now, Federal law (HIPAA)requires a patient sign a release authorizing release of records, even to self. |
