My partner has just turned 35 and we are about to undergo our 3rd IVF cycle. My sperm is 'fantastic' according to the clinic but the issue is with her eggs, which have mostly all had multiple vacuoles. Nonetheless they have fertilized and divided on schedule. The first IVF two 2day embryos were implanted. The 2nd IVF we used what is called the 'long protocol', nose spray and mix your own injections (sorry not sure what the drugs were) which produced more and better eggs. Another 2 2day embryos were implanted without success. After that we had 2 6day blastocysts implanted, which also failed. Information on this condition is scarce, which is why I am posting here. Does anyone out there have any information or experiences they can share? Del in Sweden
