Hi, was just wondering by how much inhibin b levels decrease by over time. Is it a set amount or does it vary depending on the person? If inhibin b level was only 20 something 3 years ago, roughly what would it be now, and what would be the chance of acieving pregnancy with own eggs either assisted or natural aged 40? Thank you.

Inhibin B, like inhibin A and AMH are made by the cells which line the follicles of the ovaries. While there is a relationship with time, it is more a relationship with number of surviving follicles. All are attempts to estimate how many follicles, and therefore eggs, remain.
Good luck.
