Hi Dr Jacobs,
I have a question for you, I had a m/c about 4 months ago, I spotted the entire time after the m/c off and on for 3 months. I started taking Provera 1x aday for 10 days I was told I should get my cycle 3-7 after the last pill. Today was the 7th after the last pill and still no cycle! I always have a normal cycle every 27-34 days.
What can be done at this point? is there something other then Provera I can take? Any advice will be helpful and apperciated as always....Thanks

Without evaluating you, I cannot provide a meaningful answer to your question. It is possible you have retained fragments of the pregnancy you lost, which are secreting hormones, and interfering with your cycle.
