Progesterone's effect on Hypothyroidism

Hi!
Is it possible that taking progesterone before and after transfer may adversely affect my thyroid function? I have a history of un controlled thyroid and after multiple medication adjustments, my doctor finally found the 'right fit' for me. My husband and I have recently undergone our first IVF cycle and unfortunately the results were negative. I was concerned that the progesterone may have caused my thyroid to once again go out of control thereby preventing the embryos from implanting.

I know of no effect of progesterone on thytoid secretion or function.
