Progesterone levels - IUI cycle

What constitutes a good level of progesterone when it's tested at day 5 for an IUI cycle? What's a good range? Can you immediately rule out pregnancy if it's low?

I do not check progesterone levels in IUI cycles. I do not see the need. In IVF cycles, where we remove a lot of the cells which make progesterone, I want at least 20 ng/ml.
