I've just started my first IUI cycle --will be taking femara for 5 days and 2 follistim infections. I forgot to ask the nurse if I should start taking prenatal vitamins now also. Or should I wait until after the insemination?

Actually, you should have been taking a multivitamin with at least 0.4 mg of folic acid for the last few months.
