I am 32 and have just had my 3rd failed fresh cycle. I am very thin (5'5 and 110 lbs) and have a period every 40 days. I became pregnant 3yrs ago w/ my first IVF cycle and have a 2yr old daughter.
Every cycle I am stimulated with repronex and suppressed with either Lupron or Antagon. I always get 9-12 mature eggs, with 90% fertilization. The embryos progress nicely to 7-8 cells, but usually arrest by morula or early blast.
Would you recommend a different protocol?

The genes from sperm do not play a role in embryo growth and developement until day 3. You may have a male factor problem. The other possibility is a lab issue.
