dear doctor,
i have had both chlamydia and gonorhea when i was between 20 and 22. I am now 27 and married and have had unprotected sex with my husband now for about 5 years with no pregnancy. is the damage from the diseases and do you think it will be repairable or am i destined to never have a baby? thank you

I have no way of knowing hw much damage you hav from the infections. Commonly both cause extensive tubal disease and damage. You may rrequire in vitro fertilization (IVF) to achieve a successful pregnancy. You are at risk for a tubal pregnancy.
Good luck.

I was diagnosed with HPV on the cervix. will this affect me from having children? I already don't have a normal menstrual cycle

HPV will not interfere with your ability to conceive. There are 64 members of that family of viruses. Only 4 of them are dangerous. The remainder can cause warts.
Good luck.
