My progesterone level at 4dp4dt was 54. Today at 8dp4dt it is 27.

What could case this drop if I've faithfully been taking my 1cc of pio each morning?

Does it mean I'm probably not pregnant?

On my one sucessful IVF cycle, at this point my progesterone surged and didn't drop.

As long as your progesterone is greater than 20 ng/ml, you are fine.

I'm still curious about why it would drop? I'm assuming it would only drop if I'm not pregnant and therefor my body has stopped making it's own progesterone?
