Dr. Jacobs,
I am currently 11 1/2 weeks pregnant with twins from my first cycle of IVF w/ICSI. I hyperstimulated and most of the fluids are gone from that now but my Dr. told me yesterday when he performed a sonogram that my ovaries still have some really huge cysts on them. Is this normal at this point? When can I expect them to go away and is there anything I can do at this point to help the process?

The hCG of pregnancy maintains the cysts. They will be there for a while.
