My doctor is having me blood test for pregnancy only one week after the transfer (3 - 8 cell grade A) Most of the women in this forum wait two weeks. Will my pregnancy test be accurate. Or, why is standard procedure to wait two weeks?

By waiting 2 weeks after retrieval, we are less likely to get a "false positive".
