Dear Dr.,
Is it possible for someone with moderate OHSS to end up being pregnant after a fresh ET, even though the OHSS symptoms did not last very long?
I was assured that my OHSS symptoms would last 6-7 weeks if I get pregnant and only 1-2 weeks if I don't (while discussing whether to go forward with a fresh transfer or to freeze).
I am day 9 post-transfer, and almost all of my OHSS symptoms are gone. Does this mean I am not pregnant???

There is no way to tell until you have a pregnancy test. Usually the hCG of pregnancy stimulates the ovarian cysts, continuing the hyperstimulation.
