Hi,
My husband had a semen analysis last week with the following results
180 mil 69% motile 21% morphology
All results are up significantly from last year, following his bi-lateral varicocelectomy, however, note that his morphology is still under 30%. We're doing 3 IUI's/clomid before moving to ICSI.
Do you think the morphology is that big of a concern for IUI?
Thanks!

I really do not know how to interpet your husband's morphology report, relative to the ability of his sperm to fertilize eggs. The only set of criteria for morphology, which correlates with fertilizing capability is the one described by Kruger. Using Kruger's "strict criteria" for morphology, a normal specmen would have 14% normal forms. Good luck.
