Hi Dr Jacobs,
How long does it take for menses to return after stopping Leuprolide on Nov7th? I was on it for 21 days (dosage increased from 10 units to 20 units) and stopped due to not responding well to Leuprolide. It's been almost 2 weeks that I haven't received menses. However I had a pinkish spot once on Nov 13th. The doctor office wanted me to come in as long as I have full flow of menses.
What does it mean when there's a possible effect of Leuprolide "flare response"?

The flare response lasts about 5 days. If you have had suppression with Lupron, you will need to go through an ovulatory cycle before you menstruate.
