Lining issues

I was diagnosed with a lining that is 4 days "out of phase" even w/Clomid and progesterone. I've also read that some women do not respond to estrogen in the follicular phase of their cycle, and their lining does not measure what it should at LH surge. Any truth to this? My OB ignored my request for an u/s at LH surge, we're looking at IUI and I don't know what to do! I don't want to go on Clomid again as I do ovulate on my own and it can actually thin the lining more!

Clomid is an anti estrogen, and blocks estrogen effct at the cellular level. Clomid is notorious for impairing endometrial developement, as well as a number of other problems, which impair fertility. I have not prescribed Clomid in over 10 years. It is NOT a good product. Go to a Reproductive Endocrinologist. Your OB is not trained to deal with infertility, and does not know what he/she does not know.
Good luck.
