Hi, I had FET( 3 embies) 8 days ago and was completely at bed rest for few days. My question is... Today I accidentally lifted an item that weighs about 10-15 lbs. Will it hurt my chance for implantation?

I no longer have my patients at bed rest for more than 30 minutes. After that, they return to regular activity. If you achieve a pregnancy, it is like any other pregnancy.
