I am just starting my 7th week of pregnancy. I am extremely tired as expected.
Is there a certain level of fatigue where I should wonder about my iron levels etc?
Yesterday I took off work because I was so tired and I was only awake about 4 hours. I feel a lot better today. Is that all normal?

Atigue is part of pregnancy. I do not know how to quantitate feftigue.
