Do you find in your practice that there are more male births resulting from IVF. On this board, most if not all of the single pregnancies have been boys in the recent past. Just curious.

I am unaware of any statistically different ration of male to female deliveriw of IVF pregnancies compared to natural conceptions.

If I understand correctly, you have been srgically changed fro a male to a female. If that is your circumstance, there is no way for you to achieve a pregnancy. You do not have a uterus.
