I just had my ER yesterday. 20 eggs retrieved, 18 mature, 10 fertilized with ICSI.

I have endo and my husband has 'normal sperm'--icsi is routine at our clinic.

So does that mean that my chances of success are lessened?

I had a child 2 years ago before my endo was as bad. We had a 90% fert rate.

Your egg fertilization rate is OK. Endometriosis can impair fertility in IVF cycles. It has been demonstrated to impair production of an adhesion molecule which is probably important for embryo implantation. For more information, I invite you to see our web site, <www.texsfertility.com>.
Good luck.
