I had two frozen blastocyst embryos transferred on June 5. My doctor recommended two days of bed rest following to allow for implantation. I've read that FET may require a longer period of time for the embryos to implant than fresh cycle. How long bed rest do you recommend to your FET patients and how long is the window for implantation following FET?

I have decreased the time I have patients at bed rest after embryo transfer to 30 minutes. It really does not seem to matter.
