I am scheduled to have a Hysteroscopy & D & C this friday but today I started my period :-\
Will the Dr. still be able to do the surgery or do I need to call them to cancel? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Certainly call to notify him/her of your flow. It is likely to be a problem for hysteroscopy.
