how many embryos to transfer?

I'm 40.25 about to do 1st IVF on Long Lupron protocol w/ birth control pills
Hx:
1)miscarriage 7wks spontaneous age 35 (no testing on products, tried 1 cycle and got preggo)
2)birth, full term, age 36 (tried 3 cycles to conceive)
3)miscarriage 9wks spontaneous age 37 (blighted ovum)..no testing on products...tried 1 cycle and got preggo
4)termination 14 wks trisomy 13 pregnancy age 38(tried 3 cycles to get preggo)
then started seeing RE (all immune/clotting bloodwk normal, low fsh/e2)
5)birth, full term, age 39 (first cycle of IUI/Gonal-F 150IUs days 2-4, then 75IUs days 5-7, then 37 IUs day 8, triggered with 15 follies above 11mm) e2 day prior to trigger 1287.
6)chemical pregnancy age 40-2 months ago (natural pregnancy first cycle trying)
Recent FSH/e2 .....6.8/28
How many embies to return if I am lucky enough to decide?

We routinely transfer 2 blastocysts - day 5 embryos.
