I forgot to add that the sperm had been frozen thawed and washed and I was curious how long they live. I had a scan and trigger at 11:00 am the next morning at 11:30 I had the insemination. Does the timing sound good to you? Thanks for your replies.

After sperm washing for intrauterine insemination, the sperm are active for about 8 to 10 hours.
