The data I have found are that the endometrium has to be greater than 7 mm thick, and nit bright. It can be the so called triple stripe or even the same echo pattern as the uterine wall. |

I'm sorry, that was my typo. It should be "not bright". If the endometrium has been exposed to progesterone, it will appear bright on the ultrasound exam. |
