glass of wine and exercise after ER; before ET

Dear Dr. Jacobs,
Do you see any reason why 1 glass of wine between the egg retrieval and embryo transfer would have a negative effect on the cycle? I have not had any alcohol since I started lupron and will not have any after the transfer. Is there any problem that you know of with having a glass now?
Is exercise (like brisk walking or stationary cycling) okay the day after egg retrieval as long as one feels up to it?

I have seen no data indicating that a glass of wine will interfere with the IVF process. Besides, you probably deserve it.
