I had horrid pains last night that lasted about 10 minutes, not so much cramps as a deep ache and I also noticed that I had some gurgling and wind movement there (low down just above my pubic bone). Could these pains been gas? I am hoping it is something simple like this. I have not had any more pain or spotting. Oh yes, I am 6wks3days pregnant.

Yes, that souds like gas pains. I fyou continue having pains, and/or start bleeding, see your physician.
