HI
1)My first question is regarding FSH value. In june 2006 FSH=5.9; in October 2006 FSH=7.4. February 2007 FSH=7.9. I am 34 yrs in April I will be 35. I have one child 2 yrs from IVF natural cycle.
Do you think that this FSH value could alter my egg quality on my next IVF.
2)My husband had a varicocele surgically removed 3 yrs ago, now he has poor morphology Kruger 10% and 0% motile grade A and 45% grade B. We did on November and IVF -ICSI stimulated cycle with low fertilization rate (5 from 9). Only 2 embryo transfer resulted in chem pg. Do you think could be related to sperm morphology, how could we improve this?
Regards
Carolina

FSH does not effect egg quality. Age effects egg quality. FSH rises as you run out of eggs and the follicles in which the eggs reside. If sounds as though you have a male factor problem. I do not directly deal with male factor issues. I am fortunate in that I collaborate with one of the few sub specialists in male infertility.
Good luck.

My question is if you think there is something could help to improve fertilization rate. I mean ICSI and something else?

ICSI is certanly an important tool in the face of severe male factor issues. I send the men in our practice to Dr. Jeffrey Buch in Plano, Texas for evaluation and treatment.
Good luck.
