My lining is a bit slow. I have 3 frozen PGD blasts and started my FET cycle with Delestrogen shots. My lining on 1st check was only 6.5. They upped my delestogen to .35 and next check perfect triple stripe, e2 at 600 but only about 7-7.5. They add 1 MG estrace vaginally and another check Friday.
My question what is the ideal lining and E2? Also, how long can we try to build up lining before it is best to cancel and try again?
My fresh neg cycle lining was only 7.5.

The endometrium has to be greater than 7 mm thick to be able to support apregnancy. My patients develope an endometrial stripe at least 8 mm.

Thanks so much for your anser. Well, I was cancelled due to lining not >7.
Do you have any suggestions on a protocol for poor lining response? They mentioned maybe adding Viagra and starting a higher dose of Delestrogen. Also, why do they use BCP's for a FET? Any risk not using them? It seems like a waste of 1 month.

I do not use Delestrogen. The protocol I use involves a progressive increase in estradiol dose for 2 weeks, and then check the endometrium. I have seen no data are published indicating that Viagra provides any benefit to improving the endometrium.
