I started my stims on Saturday, 10/27 and today I went for blood work and nurse called and said my estrogen level was 241. I go again on Thursday for blood work and ultra sound.
Is 241 a good level for three days of stims?

It might be, depending on your stimulation protocol. They may wish to slow you down, a bit, to prevent hyperstimulatioin.
