Endometrium

Dr. Jacobs-

Does the endometrium continue to grow after ovulation? My endometrium was only 5.5mm on my ovulation day (CD14). I know that it should be at least 7mm for implantation. Would taking baby aspirin now (CD 16) help to improve my endometruim thickness?

Thank you in advance!

Your endometrium needs to be GREATER than 7 mm thick on day of ovulation. Aspirin will not help. The most common reason I have seen for a thin endometrium on day of "ovulation" is Clomid. Use something different for ovulation induction.
Good luck.
