Embryo Arrest - dilemma

Here's my stats from IVF #1:

bcp's 2 weeks
lupron 10 units 8 days (started on last bcp day)
lupron 5 units (on all stimming days)
follistim 225iu (9 days stimming)
ovidrel trigger

23 follies retrieved, 18 mature, 12 fertilized with ICSI

Day 2 post ER: All 12 growning nicely, almost all were 4 celled, grade 1.
Day 3 post ER: All 12 stopped/slowed growth...most remained at 4 cell level...only 2 progressed to 6/7-cells
Day 4 post ER: No viable embryos
Day 5 post ER: All embryos discarded

All 12 embryos arrested by day 5.

For my next IVF, I will be using the same protocol, except I will add LH to my stimming phase and plan to transfer on Day 3 (rather than day 5)...I'm worried this won't help much. What's your experience been with adding LH for this situation? Would you do something different?

(I'm 30 y/o, and all my pre-ivf testing is normal and looks very good).

Thanks!

We find we get better quality eggs and embryos if we do not add LH to the stimulation protocol. Please also note that most programs do add LH to their protocols.
Good luck.
