I am on stimulation day 4. My E2 level yesterday (stimulation day 3) was 323. Is this OK?

My RE changed my meds a little. I was taking 20units Lupron twice per day with Bravelle 150IU and Menopur 75IU twice per day also. I am now instructed to take Lupron 20units twice per day and Bravelle 225IU with Menopur 75IU only in the evenings.

Am I on the right track? Is there a place I can look up what good E2 levels should be? I will be rechecked and sono'd on Friday.

The protocols I use would have your estradiol less than 70 pg/ml on the day you start your stimulation and roughly double in 48 hours. I use much smaller doses of Lupron and do not use Menopure, or any other product containing LH. Since my protocols are so different, I do not know how to interpret theirs.

Yes, I was less than 15pg/ml at my baseline sono/lab day, it was cycle day 3. Why do you not use LH? Thank you for you input.

We find we get better quality eggs and embryos if we do not add extra LH.
