I have only had lining problems with MDL protocol. Natural cycles and other protocols my lining was perfect. It seems I'm late to bleed doing MDL, and it seems to go on forever. My E2 levels aren't any different than the other protocols. It is my best protocol (9 mature eggs vs. 1 mature on long lupron & antagon). My RE didn't know why AF was so prolonged. I actually do better with longer bcp prior, so I can't cut that out either. Is there any way to overcome this?? Unfortunately I had a chem pg during this protocol when my lining was 7mm.
