I went to the RE for my consultation appt. yesterday. I have been on Clomid for the past two months (which I am aware). I have been told that my ovaries are covered in large cysts and just wondered if I still have a chance of being pregnant this month. My progesterone on CD 20 was 23.4, indicating ovulation, but I am unsure with the cysts.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

It is too late for you to become pregnant this month, if you are not, already. Those cysts will resolve over the next cycle or two.
