Hello again!!
I am now taking Clomid and I am on my third month. I was using my fertility monitor and it never peaked by day 29 of my cycle. On day 33 I went to my dr. with cramping on the right side of my abdomin. They decided to do an ulta sound and they told me I had a very nice looking follicle on the right ovary. They said I should be ovualting soon. I went and bought the regular ovulation sticks and it showed I was going to ovulating as well. My question is why do you think when I took the clomid on days 5-9 of my cycle did I ovulate near day 33? Isn't that really rare to ovulate so late?

Clomid is a mixture of 2 different shapes of the same molecule. The zooclomiphene componant stays in your system for a prolonged period of time. As such, it accumulates. You may have experienced a delayed response. Also, please note that it is common for Clomid to produce cysts.
Good luck.
