Please help me I am writing my report here and I did Laproscopy too but doctor said they clean one tube and second tube not found...Also Do I go for IVF

Complex Right Ovarian Cyst ?
Haem Cyst
Left Adnexal Fluid Collection?
cyst at left ovarian surface
loculated call with free fluid in pouch of douglu
Hystro and Lapro
Adhesion in abdomen cavity and hydrosalpinx right tube with ovary not visible under adhesion
Left Tube hydrosalpinx open left ovary adherent not identified
Do I go for IVF or any other solution?
