Clomid/Pregnancy/Trying Again

It took a few years, diagnosed as pre-diabetic, then PCOS, had many cycles of clomid, was closely monitored, and had ultrasounds and bloodwork every two days, but I finally became a mom in June. ;D

Here's my question(s). What are the chances of me being fertile enough to have another pregnancy without clomid? And without a menstrual period? And what if I am still breastfeeding? Is it even possible?

I'll be 34 soon, and would like to become pregnant again, but I wanted to know if I could beat the odds of not going back to the Reproductive Biology Unit again.

Thank you!

there is no way I could begin to tell you the odds of your becoming pregnant again without medical help. Based on your note, I would estimate very poor.
Good luck.

Dear Dr. Jacobs,

Thank you for your answer and for your honesty.

Best,
